Window production
We specialize primarily in the production of PVC windows. We also produce aluminium locksmiths, blinds, mosquitonets and façade blinds. We also have our own Complex Glass Production Plant.
Modern solutions
Pvc window production is carried out in accordance with the latest technologies. We use multi-chamber, modern profile systems ? 73, 76 and 82 mm. We focus primarily on thermals, statics, acusticism and the design of our products.
Unique technologies
Our distinguishing feature on the market are our own technological solutions. Experienced engineers have developed m.in. unique technology for welding the corners of frames and wings from both the outside and the inside. Thanks to this , depending on the type of veneer used, we can prepare two modern solutions for our customers. Among them there is a PVC window resembling a wooden structure and a PVC window that looks like aluminum (or with aluminum cladding).
Wide range of feasibility of the structure
The result of the work of our technologists is a system of steel reinforcements of frames, posts and wings, as well as a method of pasting glass. This enabled a safe increase in the feasibility of window structures. Thanks to this, we have the opportunity to meet the expectations of our customers more effectively.
Easy installation of products
An important part of our offer are terrace solutions in the form of large and heavy lift and sliding doors – Patio HST 82 and Patio HST 76. A distinctive feature of these products is the unique technology of simple and fast assembly “fast assembling”. It allows you to assemble large structures from parts on the construction site.
Modern welding method
In our newly built factory we have launched an innovative machine park where we are engaged in welding and cleaning frames and PVC wings. We have replaced traditional welding machines and cleaners with state-of-the-art Graf Synergy robots. Thanks to this, we we weld our products with V-Perfect non-flowing technology. This solution improves the tightness of the structure and favorably affects the aesthetic qualities of the window.
Continuous development
The latest solution, developed by our technologists, is a corner window without a post ? “glass corner”. Continuous development is very important to us, which is why we work every day to create unique solutions. The fastest growing field in our company is the production of windows, doors, sliding structures and aluminum facades.
Safe transport
We supply products on stands that are specially protected against dirt and solar radiation. Our fleet of modern trucks is equipped with our own forklifts. They ensure safe and comfortable unloading of windows at customers.
International activities
Most of our products (70%) goes to customers from Polish. On the other hand, 30% of turnover is export activity. We produce windows for customers from Germany, Italy, Portugal, Scandinavia, The Netherlands, Spain as well as From Canada.
