Forma Viso windows undoubtedly stand out for their appearance – their wings are completely liced from the outside with the frame. In order to achieve such an effect in tandem with the appropriate properties of the structure, it is necessary to paste the glass. This process not only provides the windows with the right rigidity, but also significantly improves their thermal insulation.
What is window pasting?
Pasting the windows creates a mechanical connection between the shaft insert and the window wing. For this purpose, a special adhesive is used during the production process. Thanks to it, the glazing package becomes a structural element of the window, and consequently – carries a large part of the static loads.
Advantages of pasting glass
One of the most important advantages of pasting glass is the increase in the rigidity of the window structure. This avoids the sagging effect of the sash, as well as the deformation of profiles. Thanks to this, the joinery retains its functionality even after many years of use. Moreover, the mechanical connection of the shaft insert with the sash has a positive effect on the thermal insulation of the window. This means that the design better protects the interior from heat loss. It is also worth mentioning the improvement of sound insulation. In MS more than WINDOWS, glue is applied when placed in the wing of the shaft insert. The next stage in the production process is the installation of soaring strips.
Glazing inserts in FORMA Viso windows
All products in the FORMA Viso system have a mechanical connection between the glazing package and the sash. It allows you to guarantee the appropriate properties for the structure. Importantly, pasting cartridges allows you to make windows in slightly larger sizes.
