We are pleased to inform you that the machine park of the Complex Glass Production Plant MS more than WINDOWS enriched with another innovative device. The Italian FOREL machine, launched in the autumn, enables even better processing of glass panes, and thus increases their durability and ensures greater safety during the production, assembly and use of windows.
The new machine allows grinding and simultaneous deburring of glass pieces before joining them into a thermal insulation insert. Two independent grinding heads use diamond discs to guarantee even removal of sharp edges. Glass treated in this way is much more resistant to spontaneous breakage. In addition, it is safer – both during the production of glazing units and during assembly.
Factory MS is the first window company in Poland , which blurs the edges all insulating glass units installed in manufactured windows.
