Glued muntins for wood-aluminum windows
The glued wooden-aluminum muntin bars consist of two elements – an internal wooden muntin and
external aluminum muntin. They are attached to the glazing unit with the use of special tapes and silicone or a gasket. In addition, in the insert, in the inter-pane chambers, a blind muntin, also referred to as duplex, is placed. This component is available in exactly the same color variants as the frame between the glass panes. The use of this solution allows you to achieve a very interesting visual effect. The quarters, created by gluing on muntins, look like a few small panes. Glued-on muntins are available in double-pane and triple-pane packages. The muntins on the inside are made of the same type of wood, the same color what the whole structure. In turn, the external muntins are matched coloristically down cladding profiles frames and sashes. MS Windows and Doors offer includes muntins glued to wooden-aluminum windows in three product lines (Modern, Classic, Art). They come in two variants – 26 and 34 mm.
Modern line
From the inside, there is a wooden muntin with a modern, simple shape. On the other hand, three variants are available from the outside:

- muntin bars with a traditional shape in the Classic version,
- decorative muntins in the Retro version.
The available options are shown in the graphics below.

Wooden-aluminum construction muntins
Wooden-aluminum construction muntins are also called lamellas or lacings. This traditional solution divides the glazing unit into several separate fields. These elements not only have a positive effect on the appearance of the woodwork, but also its durability. The ties for wood-aluminum windows are available in three product lines: Modern, Classic and Art. The minimum width of the lamellas is 56 mm (Classic line) or 80 mm (Modern, Art). For the production of lacings, it uses the same type of wood, the same color as for the whole window and the same in terms of color and visual , aluminum cladding.
The lacings
The graphics below illustrate the available variants.
